How To Spa
• Remember - last minute appointments come available all the time.
• Appointments in order to secure your time with us for two or more services, spa parties, or Royal Treatments, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
• Check-in For first-time guests, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next guest.
• Cancellations and no-shows To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments and 48 hours for all other bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the booked service or package price.
• Gift Cards - All gift card sales are final. There will be a 20%charge for any reimbursements. Gift cards can be used for any service or product offered.
