Express lane – whether you are in a bind for time or looking for a quick pick me up, express lane is designed for you. Last minute appts could be available.

Appointments – In order to secure your time with us for 2 or more services, Royal treatment or a spa party we require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Check – in – For first time guests, we suggest that you arrive 15 mins. Prior to your appt. in order to fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appt. may be shortened to allow therapist to be on time for next guest.

Cancellations & no-shows – To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hr advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments and 48 hrs for all other bookings. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of service or package price.
